Winter Ready Boots

Winter Storm Jonas sent me into a wardrobe crisis. Limited to 2 pairs of water resistant boots in my closet to wade through 12″ deep lake-sized puddles in Manhattan has been severely limiting my outfit options!

Since we are so late in winter retail season, it has been difficult to locate cozy winter-ready boots in many stores — it as actually a perfect time to search online at the discount retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, 6pm and Century 21 for a late season deal!

On my list to winterize my footwear:

1. Shearling or Fur-lined heeled boots to stay cozy and classy on a cold day
2. All-weather boots for wearing on a snow day that will keep me dry and warm
3. Rain boots, that don’t look like rainboots, and will take me from winter snow to spring showers
